Career Development Toolkit
Unit Summaries - With Comments and Recommended Resources

Also visit the Skills Library WordPress Blog for more discussion about skills, career development and related topics.

The Career Development Toolkit was developed to support career development activities for schools and youth programs in Massachusetts. It provides readings and activities that can be used in a variety of settings. You may requests a copy by using the Contact Form or by sending an email to Jennifer Leonard at jleonard@skillslibrary.com.

The following web pages provide downloadable copies of some of the worksheets and data presented in the units, and, most importantly, a form that allows readers to submit comments and suggestions that might be helpful to others who are using these resources. Did a particular lesson work well for you? Did you adapt one of the units for your group? Do you have favorite resources that complement these materials? Have you created something that you would like to share with others? In each of these unit summaries, there is a COMMENT button that allows you to submit comments.

These are a work in progress, with more resources, worksheets, etc., being added regularly.

Comments and suggestions are welcomed via email to jleonard@skillslibrary.com as well as via the comments function on these pages.

I hope you enjoy using these resources. Feedback about the guide, stories about how you have implemented these activities, and suggestions for future editions are welcome.
